JMC are working with a MRO company based in Birmingham, looking to bring in a Recruitment Administrator to assist their team.  
   
This client is a leading MRO dealing with line and base maintenance as well as interior modifications and fuel systems, covering repair and maintenance for both commercial and military aircraft. The company has been operating for close to 30 years, providing outstanding customer service and encouraging a warm, positive environment to aid employee progression.  
 
 
This is a 4 Week Fixed Term Contract, based in Birmingham, with hybrid working available.

The Role:  
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administration support for the business, while ensuring a positive first impression for new and prospective employees.  
 
 
Other Duties Include:  
– Producing and posting job adverts through our internal system and job boards  
– Liaising with and communicating effectively with candidates via phone and email to carry out pre-screening and providing information about the roles and Company where required  
– Sifting and pre-screening CVs  
– Update and support line managers with scheduling assessments and interviews  
– Production of all associated administration with the recruitment process, such as interview packs  
– Provide candidates with feedback post interview, making job offers where necessary  
– Create, produce and send all new starter paperwork to new contractors  
– Obtain and collate important information from new contractors, such as compliance documentation, DBS checks, Right to Work documentation etc  
– Ad-hoc administration support with Recruitment projects and activities  
 
 
Skills and experience required:  
 
 
In order to be successful in this role the Recruitment Administrator will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:  
– Right to live and work in the UK  
– A background in administration  
– Able to use Microsoft office with high efficiency  
– Experience within Recruitment/HR desirable  
– Complete security vetting as necessary to obtain airside passes  
– Full driving licence desirable but not essential
