We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive complex repairs with confidence, expertise, and dedication to quality and compliance. The role at a glance:  
   
Operating in a fluid AOG environment that will require you to make instant decisions based on prior experience and customer expectations.  
   
Turn customer requests into estimates within 4 hours of receiving them where required to do so.  
   
Be on call 24/7 and able to travel within 24-48 hours when required to do so.  
   
Operating alone on occasion and able to marshal all the necessary assets and support to achieve the desired return to service results.  
   
Able to plan and document the repair process including gant charts to determine the repair schedule.  
   
Convert the repair plan into a final estimate for the customers.  
   
Lead the team and ensure team members remain fully compliant with all the regulatory bodies in the regions the repairs may be undertaken.  
   
Evaluating damage and repair scope either via photographs or while completing a damage survey of the aircraft.  
   
Ensuring a safe working environment while adhering to all the SMS protocols.  
   
Provide daily written and verbal communication to the customer on repair progress, materials support and engineering requirements.  
   
Liaise with material services, parts support, OEM engineering and third parties including but not limited to Part 145 and NDT.  
   
Effective leadership and communication with repair team members to achieve the desired-on time completion while maintaining all the necessary certification requirements.  
   
Effective communication with OEM engineering teams to achieve respect and trust within the OEM engineering community.  
   
   
What we are looking for:  
   
   
A minimum of 10 years industry experience with major repairs and modifications is required.  
B1 Engineer, A & P or AME would be desirable but not mandatory.  
Experience leading or managing teams  
Experience in a customer facing role would be desirable but not mandatory
