JMC Aviation are working with a Airlines company based in Jersey, looking to recruit a new Line Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This company is a regional airline operates flights primarily in the Channel Islands and the United Kingdom. The airline is known for its customer-focused approach and operates a fleet that includes turboprop aircraft.
This is a Permanent Position based in Jersey.
Working Monday Friday (9am 5pm).

The Role
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the engineering base, with principal responsibility for managing scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance for the fleet of ATR72-212A series aircraft.
Other duties involve:
– Overseeing daily line maintenance activities to ensure aircraft are safe and airworthy.
– Coordinating with various departments to maintain efficient flight operations.
– Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
– Managing and mentoring a team of maintenance staff.
– Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and updates.
– Develops production planning system appropriate to the amount and complexity of the – maintenance scope of work.
– Ensures availability of tools, equipment, and materials to perform the planned tasks.
– Ensure that the organisations procedures and standards are complied with when carrying out maintenance.
– Ensures the competence of all personnel engaged in maintenance is satisfactory.
Skills and experience required.
In order to be successful in this role the Line Maintenance Manager will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
– Part 66 UK CAA B1/B2 Licence (type rated on ATR-72)
– Experience managing in an EASA Maintenance environment
– In depth knowledge and experience working with ATR-72
– Experience within a Line Maintenance environment
