JMC Aviation are working with a global leader in the aviation industry and are looking to engage with experienced Structural Technicians for both contracting and permanent positions.
This position is based in Hartford, CT and offers an excellent hourly rate, per diem. Duties within this role are as follows:
– Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain customer aircraft.
– Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts as needed.
– Perform minor structural repairs on composite materials, both attached and detached.
– Support complex structural repairs, both on and off the aircraft.
The ideal candidate would have the following –
– Typically possess 5 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair, modification, or equivalent related experience.
– Completed a sheet metal Aircraft Technician program or equivalent education.
– Own a basic toolkit
– Willing and able to work unscheduled overtime, including weekends and holidays.
