JMC Aviation are working with a global leader in the aviation industry and are looking to engage with experienced A&P Technicians for a contract.
This position is based in Dallas, TX and offers an excellent hourly rate. Duties within this role are as follows:
– Troubleshoot, repair, install, inspect and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
– Perform and document work completed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.
– Inspect incoming parts and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
– Operate ground support equipment as required.
– Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations.
– Assist with maintenance at off-site locations as needed.
– Assist with fuel and/or de-fuel of aircraft as needed.
– Assist with engine removal / installation as needed.
– Assist with aircraft component repair as needed.
The ideal A&P Technician would have the following –
– Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or substantiated equivalent experience.
– You have experience on corporate jets (preferred).
– Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.
– You have your own basic set of hand tools with the ability to demonstrate Inventory and control of tools.
– You have the ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) qualifications as required.
– You have the ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA).
– Right to work in the United States.
