JMC Aviation is delighted to announce it has appointed Andrew Holder to its Executive Board, calling on his extensive experience to support the company’s continued growth strategy.
Andrew’s 35-year career has seen him work across all aspects of the MRO industry, including more than two decades at a senior level – most notably, 17 years managing the heavy maintenance programme across Ryanair’s 575-strong aircraft fleet, whilst leading one of the largest MROs in Europe. More recently, he has established EPC Aerospace, an independent MRO operation based in the UK and the United States.
Commenting on his appointment, Andrew says: “I’m excited to join JMC Aviation to help guide the next steps for the business. I have witnessed first-hand the trusted and reliable support JMC Aviation can deliver, as well as the highly skilled teams they deploy to customer sites.
“Having previously overseen some of the largest fleets and most complex MRO operations in Europe, I hope to use that expertise to further JMC Aviation’s reputation as a global force within the aviation recruitment and engineering sector.”
As part of the Executive Board, Andrew will serve in an advisory capacity, working closely with the senior leadership team on effective strategy planning and implementation, as the business continues to deliver workable solutions to support customers as they navigate the challenges posed by the industry.
Hollie Prendergast, Managing Director says: “It’s fantastic to welcome a person with Andrew’s expertise to our Executive Board, as we celebrate 2024 being our best year to date. Given his wealth of experience and industry knowledge, I am excited with the value he will add to our growth plans and customer experience, whilst ensuring we maintain our position as the trusted global leader in aviation recruitment and engineering.”
Andrew Holder will be in attendance at MRO Americas with David Broadbridge and Todd Crook from JMC Aviation.
