We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Support Coordinator, based in Exeter to provide support for the Administration Team.

The purpose of a Recruitment Support Coordinator is to provide comprehensive administrative support within the company. The position will work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a high quality of administration and compliancy is maintained throughout.
Main Duties and Responsibilities to Include:
- Loading documentation onto recruitment software
- Undertake compliancy searches for all candidates, chasing for outstanding | expired documentation
- Processing airside pass applications
- Responsible for producing, distributing and uploading contractor contracts
- Sourcing and booking travel (including flights) for staff and contractors
- Deal with telephone calls and emails efficiently and in a polite manner
- Assisting with E-learning administration
- General administrative duties
Quality
- Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
- Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to
Person Specification
Essential:
- Previous experience working within a busy office environment
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise
- Attention to detail is essential
- Able to work well within a team whilst also using own initiative
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Flexibility within the role
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems
Desirable:
- Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
