ATR Cabin Removal, Inspection, Routine And Defect Maintenance And Complete Rebuild

Back to case studies

JMC were approached by a European MRO who was seeking a solution to support their winter maintenance activity with a cabin strip and rebuild package for the ATR72-600.

A project engineer was deployed to liaise with the planning and maintenance teams of the MRO to provide further consultation that would determine the scope of the work, the size of the required team and the efficiency savings that would be offered to the MRO by using the solution.

After the initial consultation a team was sourced specific to the requirement along with a certifier who could demonstrate the relevant currency and experience on the ATR72-600 and also offer continuity throughout both the strip and rebuild phase.

The team was successfully deployed offering a competitive fixed price package that also included inspections as well as routine maintenance and defect rectification that was fully project managed by JMC Engineering on behalf of the client.
